The New Year is starting off great! A new creative energy is flowing through all of us! It feels wonderful to be here experiencing this adventure called life! Traditionally the beginning of the year is a dynamic time to set intentions for the New Year or not. It’s also good to trust that things will work out exactly as they are supposed to.
So what do you want to create? I look at life like a painting or a movie and each year we are given a new opportunity to refresh any ideas or plans that we may desire. What do you have inside of you that you want to share? What do you have inside of you in abundance? If you have the courage to look within yourself, you will see your own personal treasure chest filled with more than you can imagine. You have everything within you that you need. You always have! Allow yourself to have it!
Can you allow yourself to just be? No judgments, no self criticism, more love and acceptance, more self trust and friendship toward yourself. Treat yourself in the same way that you would treat someone who you love and admire. Each one of us is special in a unique way. Allow your light to shine! When we are willing to listen to that small voice within, using new ears and less criticism of ourselves, we are able make positive change in our lives. Life is all about…changes, growing, evolving, flowing…loving ourselves and others unconditionally.
The term “lean in” comes to mind with the visual of Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet at the top of the Titanic’s prow. Being supported by the rail in front and Leo behind her, Kate’s character is able to “lean in” with almost reckless abandon that truly allows her to feel that experience. So too, can we, “lean in” to all life has to offer, rather than run away or think we’re not worthy or jump in so far we pass the mark. It’s all about balance!
What a great opportunity for all of us, individually and collectively, to put our heads and hearts together and trust that we are fully supported in all we desire and remember that we are, in fact, divine!
We all need support in our lives and that’s exactly what golden earth’s essential oils are all about!
