Each person has 7 main chakra’s or energy centers also known as spinning wheels of energy. They are located along the mid-line of the spine starting with the tail bone, known as the base or root chakra and continuing up to the top of the head, which is called the crown chakra. These energy centers (chakra’s) are our power centers. Our spirit to body connection. They provide life force energy to the body. when the chakra’s are balanced and in alignment, life seems to flow with more ease and grace. Chakra 1 – Base or Root
