shipping
all orders are shipped via ground service. orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the location of shipment. please contact us for special shipping arrangements, such as air or overnight service. if you require special shipping arrangements, please contact us to place your order and receive a quote for shipping.
returns
products may be returned within 30 days for a refund or merchandise credit. customer is responsible for return shipping costs. all returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, in resalable condition. all returns are subject to a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the order total.
